Pro membership

Every artist on Bello starts at Standard tier — 8% commission, full access to listings, escrow, and your own dashboard, no fees to join. Pro tier drops that commission to 3%.

What Pro tier changes

• Commission drops from 8% to 3% on every sale, applied automatically from the moment your account is upgraded. On a $2,000 painting, that's the difference between paying $160 in commission and paying $60 — money that stays with you, not us.
• Nothing else changes. Pro is purely a fee tier, not a different set of tools. You list, ship, and manage orders exactly the way you do at Standard — same dashboard, same escrow protection, same wallet. We don't gate features like Collections, Exhibitions inclusion, or Commissions behind Pro; every artist gets the full toolset from day one.
• Your rate is locked in per sale. The commission rate that applies to an order is the rate in effect on your account at the time that order is placed, so a tier change never reaches backward into orders already sold.

How to upgrade

Pro is a one-time upgrade: a flat $199 fee, charged from your existing Bello wallet balance. There's no subscription and no recurring charge — pay once, and every sale from that point on is billed at the 3% Pro rate, for as long as you keep selling on Bello.

You can upgrade any time from this page, once you're signed in to your artist account with at least $199 in your wallet. If your wallet balance is short, top it up first (card, PayPal, or crypto — see your Wallet page) and come back here to finish.

Why we do it this way

We don't charge listing fees, and we don't take a cut of shipping or insurance — commission on the sale price is our only revenue from a transaction. Pro tier is a straightforward way for active sellers to keep more of what they earn: pay the fee once, and the math works in your favor as soon as you've sold enough to cover it — about one mid-size sale, in practice.
