There's no separate "enterprise" checkout — every purchase still goes through the same per-artwork escrow, and every seller still gets paid on delivery confirmation the same way. What changes at volume is coordination: if you're placing multiple orders across several artists for one installation (an office, a restaurant, a hotel), reach out through the chat widget first. We can help you shortlist available work in the sizes, palettes and budget you need, and keep delivery timing coordinated across sellers so pieces arrive together rather than staggered over weeks.
The escrow model that protects a single buyer scales the same way for a ten-piece order: each artwork is held and released individually, so a delay or dispute on one piece never holds up the other nine. For a business coordinating an install date, that per-piece independence is usually more useful than a single combined order would be — you can release payment and confirm delivery artwork by artwork as your team receives and checks each piece.
Every order already generates a real invoice with a full commission and line-item breakdown — visible to the seller in their dashboard's Invoices section. If your business needs invoices issued to a company name or VAT number for expense/accounting purposes, mention it in the chat widget when you order; we can't change how escrow itself is billed (it's still tied to the paying account), but we can make sure the paperwork reflects your business correctly.
For larger orders spanning several artists, we can also provide a single consolidated summary alongside the individual seller invoices, so your finance team has one document referencing every line item across the whole installation rather than reconciling several separate receipts by hand.
If you're an interior designer, art consultant or procurement lead sourcing on a client's behalf, you can browse, message artists, and add to cart under your own account — there's no separate "trade" account type, and no markup for buying this way. Artists set one price for everyone; Bello doesn't add a business-buyer premium.
If you're sourcing across multiple client projects at once, it's worth keeping a simple naming convention in your own notes for which pieces belong to which brief — Bello doesn't currently offer project-tagging or client-folder tools inside the platform itself, so that organization stays on your side for now.
Buying for a space other people move through all day — a lobby, a waiting room, a restaurant floor — is a different exercise than buying for a single wall at home. A few things that come up often when we help with these sourcing conversations:
Scale and sightlines. A painting that reads beautifully at arm's length in a studio photo can disappear on a 20-foot lobby wall, and the reverse is just as common. When you message a seller about a large-format piece, ask for a photo with a person or a known object in frame for scale — most artists are glad to provide one, and it's a better read than dimensions alone.
Durability and light exposure. Hospitality and office spaces often have more direct or sustained light exposure than a private home. If a space gets strong natural light for most of the day, ask the artist about the medium's lightfastness — oils and acrylics generally hold up well; some inks and dyes used in certain print processes fade faster under UV exposure. This is a normal question to ask before buying, not a red flag.
Volume and repetition. A single striking piece works differently than a coordinated set. If you're filling a long corridor or several similar rooms (guest rooms in a hotel, for instance), ask sellers whether they have a body of related work — many artists on Bello sell in named collections or numbered editions specifically because buyers ask for this. Browsing by collection, not just by individual artwork, is often the faster way to find a cohesive set.
Framing and installation aren't part of what Bello coordinates directly — sellers ship the artwork itself (framed or unframed, per the listing), and installation in your space is on your side once it arrives. For business buyers this is worth planning for early: budget for a local framer or installer alongside the artwork price if the piece needs framing, and confirm with the seller before you buy whether a large or fragile piece ships ready to hang or needs on-site preparation.
Bello doesn't currently support art leasing or rotating loan programs — every purchase here is an outright sale to the buyer, original or edition. If that's what you're looking for, it's worth knowing upfront rather than discovering it partway through a purchase.
Because every artist prices independently and there's a genuine $1,000 floor price platform-wide, a multi-piece order's total cost is really the sum of individually-priced originals rather than something Bello can quote as a bundle. If you're planning a budget before you've picked specific pieces, the fastest way to get a realistic range is to tell us the number of pieces, rough sizes, and the space they're for in the chat widget — we can point you toward artists and price bands that fit, without committing you to anything before you've actually seen the work.
Every seller on Bello is an individual, approved artist — not a print house or a stock-art supplier — so a corporate order here is, mechanically, a set of individual commissions from individual working artists rather than a bulk catalog purchase. Some buyers value that directly (a hospitality brand building a "locally sourced, artist-first" story around its collection); others simply want good work at a fair price and the provenance is a side benefit. Either way, every piece comes with the same signed certificate of authenticity a single buyer would get, which is useful documentation to have on file for a business asset.
For anything beyond a single artwork — a multi-piece installation, a recurring corporate art budget, or sourcing for a space that needs a curated look rather than one painting — start a conversation through the chat widget before you buy. It costs nothing, and it means the first orders you place are already the right ones.
